Subject to these Terms and any applicable agreement, Finvera grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for internal business or evaluation purposes.

You may use Finvera’s data for analysis, research, application development, or internal business workflows.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or republishing of Finvera data or API output without explicit written consent is prohibited.
You are responsible for securing your API credentials and ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or clone Finvera’s data or APIs beyond permitted use
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or availability of the Services
Use the Services in a way that violates securities laws, privacy rights, or data protection regulations
Submit harmful, misleading, or unlawful data into the platform
4. Availability & Modifications
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime across our API services. However, Finvera may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes.
5. Ownership & IP
All content, data, software, and infrastructure provided through Finvera are the intellectual property of Finvera or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Finvera reserves all rights not expressly granted.
6. Privacy
Finvera does not use your data to train machine learning models and does not share your data with third parties outside of service operation. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” Finvera does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. Finvera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You and Finvera agree there are no third-party beneficiaries intended under these Terms.

9. Termination
Finvera may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall immediately cease, and you must delete any stored Finvera data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
