About the Role
We’re looking for a driven GTM Sales Associate to join our founding go-to-market team. You’ll be responsible for helping us scale outbound efforts, qualify leads, support early sales conversations, and ensure prospects understand the value of Finvera’s data products.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to align messaging, identify new opportunities, and support execution across the sales pipeline.
This is a high-growth, high-visibility role with room to specialize into enterprise sales, partnerships, or account strategy as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Source and qualify outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
Manage CRM workflows and ensure high-quality data on prospects and deals
Assist with sales demos, follow-ups, and proof-of-concept coordination
Collaborate with product to translate technical capabilities into client value props
Help write outreach copy, pitch decks, and case studies
Track customer feedback and share insights with the broader team
Experiment with campaigns to improve conversion rates and engagement
Identify strategic accounts and warm intros in finance, media, or fintech sectors
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a sales, growth, or client-facing role (preferably in fintech or SaaS)
Strong writing and communication skills—you can explain complex topics simply and persuasively
Curious and coachable—you’re eager to learn financial data, product strategy, and sales ops
Organized and process-oriented—you know how to work a pipeline
Passion for financial markets, data, or investment technology is a major plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience selling data products, APIs, or developer tools
Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, or modern sales enablement stacks
Understanding of financial datasets (e.g., SEC filings, market data, earnings reports)
